  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the Target account.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills to track and measure sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Present sales data and insights to senior management and provide recommendations for business growth.
  6. Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Target account.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may impact sales performance.
  10. Continuously seek out new business and growth opportunities within the Target account.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach to junior sales analysts on the team.
  13. Represent Newell Brands in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Analysis Or Related Field.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Salesforce.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
