  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the DIY/Hardware division.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet sales goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and product positioning.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, systems, and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and provide insights for decision making.
  8. Stay updated on industry news, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies.
  9. Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and products.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the sales team, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  13. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact sales performance.
  14. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance and contribute to strategic decision making.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Diy/Hardware Industry. This Experience Should Include Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Diy/Hardware Industry: The Senior Director Of Sales Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Diy/Hardware Market, Including Key Competitors, Market Trends, And Customer Needs. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Developing Effective Sales Strategies And Driving Business Growth.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In Their Previous Roles. This Includes Increasing Sales Revenue, Expanding Customer Base, And Developing New Business Opportunities.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
