Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute various real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on real estate transactions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as brokers and real estate agents, to gather and review necessary documentation and information.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all real estate transaction-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and property inspections to evaluate potential real estate opportunities.
- Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts and agreements with third-party vendors.
- Oversee the due diligence process for real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documents and information are obtained and reviewed.
- Monitor and track expenses related to real estate transactions, ensuring they stay within budget.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the transaction process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions that may impact real estate transactions.
- Train and mentor junior team members on real estate transaction processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all real estate transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, throughout the transaction process.
Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Transactions, Including Lease Negotiations And Property Acquisitions
Strong Understanding Of Legal And Financial Aspects Of Real Estate Transactions
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills
Experience In Project Management And Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Complex Transactions Simultaneously.
