  1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude and represent the Newell Brands brand in a professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
  3. Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  4. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences and needs.
  7. Actively listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
