QHSE Associate Manager

11. Develop and maintain emergency and crisis management plans to ensure a rapid and effective response in the event of an emergency.
12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the QHSE performance of the organization.
13. Communicate regularly with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and raise awareness of QHSE practices and procedures.
14. Collaborate with human resources and legal departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to QHSE.
15. Represent the organization in QHSE-related meetings and conferences.
16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to QHSE activities.
