- Conduct market research and analyze data to gain insights on consumer behavior and shopping trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the shopping experience for customers and increase sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand and address customer needs and preferences.
- Utilize various research methods, such as surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather and interpret data.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Monitor and track performance of product launches and marketing campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform business strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Lead and develop a team of shopper insights professionals, providing guidance and support in their roles and career growth.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as research agencies and vendors, to gather and analyze data and insights.
- Develop and manage budgets for shopper insights initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methods to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of shopper insights activities.
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset and strive to continuously improve the overall shopping experience for consumers.
- Represent Newell Brands at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including ethical standards and data privacy laws.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Market Research Or Shopper Insights
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills
Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
