
Manager, Displays and Merchandising

- Develop and execute effective and impactful display and merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the consumer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, brand guidelines, and consumer insights in order to create visually appealing displays.
- Utilize market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving displays and merchandising techniques.
- Manage and oversee the creation and production of all in-store displays and merchandising materials.
- Ensure that all displays and merchandising materials are in line with brand standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and track the performance of displays and merchandising initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in display and merchandising.
- Train and mentor team members on effective display and merchandising techniques.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align display and merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee budget and expenses related to displays and merchandising initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating costs and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on display and merchandising strategies and results.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Merchandising And Display Management.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And The Ability To Use Market Research To Make Informed Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Effective Merchandising Strategies To Drive Sales And Increase Brand Awareness.
