- Lead and manage the HR Shared Services operations in Latin America for Newell Brands.
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services and processes to support employees in the region.
- Collaborate with HR teams across different functions and locations to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes and systems for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team in Latin America, including coaching and training to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations in the region.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support HR operations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR Shared Services to continuously improve processes and services.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the HR Shared Services team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Operations, Including Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, And Compliance.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Mentoring Direct Reports.
Fluency In Spanish And Portuguese, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of The Cultural Nuances And Labor Laws In Latin America.
