- Lead the HR Shared Services team for the Latin America region, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR partners.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes to optimize efficiency and provide a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR service delivery gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to HR partners and employees.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
- Develop and maintain HR service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Manage the HR Shared Services budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends in HR Shared Services to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Lead and mentor the HR Shared Services team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Represent the company and HR Shared Services team in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive HR issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Processes, Policies And Best Practices.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing A Team And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced, Matrixed Environment.
Fluent In Spanish And English, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders Across The Latam Region.
