  1. Lead the HR Shared Services team for the Latin America region, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR partners.
  3. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  4. Continuously review and improve HR processes to optimize efficiency and provide a positive employee experience.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR service delivery gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to HR partners and employees.
  7. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain HR service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  9. Manage the HR Shared Services budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  10. Stay current on industry best practices and trends in HR Shared Services to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  11. Lead and mentor the HR Shared Services team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  14. Represent the company and HR Shared Services team in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive HR issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Processes, Policies And Best Practices.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing A Team And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced, Matrixed Environment.

  • Fluent In Spanish And English, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders Across The Latam Region.
