Finance Manager - FP&A

1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
3. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision making.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
5. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Manage the company's cash flow and working capital to ensure optimal financial health.
7. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
8. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
10. Keep abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes and adjust financial plans and strategies accordingly.
11. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the FP&A department.
12. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and participate in special projects as needed.
13. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies and procedures.
14. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency within the FP&A department.
