- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new production strategies, methods, and technologies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to ensure they are operating in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the production process.
- Create and maintain detailed production reports, including data analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies to ensure smooth implementation and optimal performance.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate production equipment and processes to identify potential areas for cost savings and improvements.
- Oversee the procurement and installation of new production equipment and machinery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to ensure our production processes remain cutting-edge and competitive.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Production Engineering Or A Similar Role.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Relevant Engineering Tools.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience In Process Improvement Initiatives.
