  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and growth for Breville and Crockpot brands on key eCommerce accounts.
  2. Manage and grow national accounts by building strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  3. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the Breville and Crockpot brands.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional strategies and plans for eCommerce accounts.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  6. Negotiate terms and agreements with eCommerce accounts to maximize revenue and profitability for the Breville and Crockpot brands.
  7. Act as the main point of contact for eCommerce accounts, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in the eCommerce landscape to inform and adapt strategies as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for eCommerce initiatives.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on eCommerce performance and make recommendations for future strategies.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on eCommerce best practices and strategies.
  12. Represent the Breville and Crockpot brands at industry events and conferences to further drive brand awareness and partnerships.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including financial guidelines and compliance regulations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies in eCommerce account management.

  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Ecommerce Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Have A Deep Understanding Of The E-Commerce Landscape.

  • Knowledge Of Ecommerce Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various E-Commerce Platforms, Such As Amazon, Walmart, And Target. They Should Be Able To Navigate These Platforms And Have Experience In Managing Online Product Listings, Pricing Strategies, And Promotional Campaigns.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Ecommerce National Account Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies To Maximize Revenue And Profitability For Breville And Crockpot Products. They Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Identify Market Trends And Opportunities To Drive Growth.

  • Relationship Management: The Role Requires Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Retailers, Distributors, And Internal Teams. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Negotiating And Managing Contracts And Partnerships.

  • Team Leadership: This Role Involves Managing A Team Of Account Managers And Support Staff. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams And Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Achieve Sales Goals.
