  6. Monitor and track distribution metrics, identify trends and develop action plans to address any issues or inefficiencies.
  7. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of distribution processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials for distribution processes.
  9. Provide technical expertise and support to distribution teams and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in distribution processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to improve supplier performance and drive cost savings.
  12. Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on distribution process improvements and any potential risks or issues.
  13. Mentor and train team members on distribution processes and best practices.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the distribution environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Distribution Process Engineer At Newell Brands Should Have A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Theories, Typically Acquired Through A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Experience In Supply Chain And Logistics: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain And Logistics, Preferably In A Distribution Or Warehouse Environment. This Experience Will Help Them Understand The Complexities And Challenges Of Distribution Processes.
