  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing and procurement of goods and services.
  3. Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and procedures, identifying and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and cost savings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to understand business needs and develop procurement plans that meet those needs.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and quality supply of goods and services.
  8. Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on procurement performance to senior management.
  10. Mentor and train team members on procurement best practices and provide guidance and support on complex procurement issues.
  11. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management.
  12. Represent the company in procurement-related meetings, conferences, and events.
  13. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage procurement budgets and track cost savings.
  14. Develop and maintain a risk management plan for procurement activities.
  15. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve department and company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Procurement, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Driving Procurement Strategies To Achieve Cost Savings And Process Improvements.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Sourcing And Supply Chain Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
