  1. Develop and drive the overall brand strategy and vision for Newell Brands, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of brand managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the success of each brand.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities for the company's brands.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and finance to execute brand initiatives and campaigns.
  5. Create and manage brand budgets, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources to achieve brand objectives.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of all brand marketing materials, including advertising, packaging, and digital content.
  7. Monitor and analyze brand performance through key metrics, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve and optimize brand strategies.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in brand management, and apply them to drive innovation and growth within the company.
  9. Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and culture both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably Within The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Brand Strategies That Result In Increased Brand Awareness And Market Share.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Brand Managers And Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
