Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Dc Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Warehouse And Distribution Center Operations, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Shipping And Receiving Processes.

  • Experience With Warehouse Management Systems: Proficiency In Using Warehouse Management Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, Is A Must For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Navigate Through The System And Utilize Its Features To Optimize Operations.

  • Forklift Certification: As A Dc Associate, The Candidate Will Be Required To Operate Forklifts And Other Material Handling Equipment. Having A Valid Forklift Certification Is Crucial To Ensure The Safety Of The Candidate And Other Employees In The Warehouse.

  • Physical Stamina And Agility: The Job Of A Dc Associate Involves A Lot Of Physical Tasks, Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes, Standing For Long Periods, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment. Therefore, The Candidate Must Possess The Physical Stamina And Agility To Perform These Tasks Effectively.

  • Team Player Mentality: The Dc Associate Will Be Working Closely With Other Warehouse Employees, Such As Pickers, Packers, And Loaders.
