Customer Service Team Leader

Develop a culture of focus to the Customer, ‘be the voice of the customer’. Effective & productive management of medium size teams. Recruit, train and develop customer service advisors to maintain staff levels and to suit the needs of business. Perform regular appraisals for staff. Support sales team with supply chain approach to Customers. Drives service level performance improvement. Drives & control business rules implementation in an overall supply chain interest. Responsible for reporting on performance of all team members and recommendation of useful system & processes developments and working with the management team to improve this.
