- Develop and implement brand strategies and initiatives to drive the growth and success of the Sharpie brand.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities for the brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand positioning and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, sales data, and market trends to make strategic recommendations for the Sharpie brand.
- Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively to support brand objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets, to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the brand's performance and relevance.
- Lead and mentor a team of brand professionals to ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products align with the brand's positioning and meet consumer expectations.
- Monitor and respond to consumer feedback and inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand growth and expansion, including potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Represent the Sharpie brand at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and network with potential partners.
- Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance and initiatives to top management.
- Uphold and promote the values and mission of Newell Brands in all brand-related activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Brand's Market Share And Profitability
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Make Strategic Decisions
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
