- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively sell products and meet targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales goals.
- Monitor and manage sales performance metrics to track progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
- Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients and customers.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competition to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates and insights on sales performance and market trends.
- Represent Newell Brands at industry events and conferences to promote the company and its products.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
