  1. Develop and execute procurement strategies to drive competitive advantage for Newell Brands.
  2. Conduct market research and gather insights to inform procurement decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth.
  4. Manage and analyze data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and track industry and competitor trends to inform procurement strategies and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Lead projects and initiatives related to procurement, competitive intelligence, and innovation, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  8. Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management, providing recommendations and insights to inform decision-making.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in procurement, competitive intelligence, and innovation to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the procurement team and across the organization.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations, in all procurement activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Market Research, Or Competitive Intelligence.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Assess And Interpret Market Trends And Data.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Innovative Procurement Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Negotiate With Suppliers.
