
Associate Brand Manager, Ball (US)

As the Associate Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive growth and maximize brand awareness for Ball. - Develop and execute brand strategies: The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth for the Ball product line in the US.
- Conduct market research: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to understand consumer insights, market trends and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
- Drive brand positioning: The Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in defining and communicating the brand's unique positioning in the market to differentiate it from competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role will require working closely with various teams including sales, product development, and marketing to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and execution.
- Create and manage brand campaigns: The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance: This individual will be responsible for tracking and analyzing brand performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage brand budget: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve brand objectives.
- Maintain brand guidelines: The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring all brand communications are consistent with the brand's identity and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends: This role will require staying updated on industry trends and best practices in brand management to continuously elevate the brand's presence in the market.
- Represent the brand: The Associate Brand Manager will serve as an ambassador for the Ball brand, both internally and externally, and ensure all brand communications and actions align with the brand's values and image.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field
2-3 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Launching New Products
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Market Data And Make Strategic Decisions
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Departments
