  1. Develop and implement category strategy plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth in the market.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the category.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on category strategy and ensure effective implementation.
  4. Monitor and evaluate market and competitor activities, and make recommendations for adjustments to the category strategy as needed.
  5. Lead the development of pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies for the category.
  6. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment with category strategy and goals.
  7. Prepare and present reports on category performance and insights to senior management.
  8. Manage and track budgets for category initiatives and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  9. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and suppliers.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in category strategy.
