- Develop and maintain relationships with key specialty retail customers to drive sales and profitability for the company.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively pitch and sell our brands to potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure successful execution of brand strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and develop action plans to maximize sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Newell Brands, promoting our values and mission to improve the everyday lives of consumers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by specialty retail customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for assigned accounts, working closely with finance to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute promotional plans and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Represent Newell Brands at industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential and existing customers.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Specialty Retail Industry, Including Understanding Of Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competitive Landscape.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts Within The Specialty Retail Sector, With A Strong Focus On Building And Maintaining Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Promote Newell Brands' Products And Services To Clients.
