  15. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration in workforce management efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Resource Optimization, Or Strategic Planning.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Workforce Management Software And Tools, Such As Wfm Systems And Data Analytics.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Workforce Optimization Strategies To Increase Efficiency And Productivity.
