The Marketing Demand Center team drives market momentum by developing, coordinating and executing journey-based campaigns, leveraging multiple channels to reach targeted prospects, and engaging with prospects in new and meaningful ways to drive sales leads for New York Life’s 14,000 agents. Support the site analytic needs of New York Life business units by analyzing web traffic using clickstream tools, such as Adobe Analytics along with BI tools such as Tableau. Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and website and landing pages for presentations to senior management, including key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign and channel performance. Collaborate with external partners such as creative and media agencies to assist with data collection and reporting. Maintain Adobe technical documentation and data dictionary.
