- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent to New York Life.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand the company's technology needs and culture.
- Conduct thorough and efficient screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in campus recruiting events and other recruitment initiatives to attract top technology graduates and early-career professionals.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new technology hires.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and comply with all legal requirements related to recruitment.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance diversity and inclusion within the technology team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting For Technology Roles.
