  1. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees.
  2. Conduct assessments to identify key competencies and skills required for various roles within the company.
  3. Partner with department leaders to create individualized development plans for employees.
  4. Utilize performance data to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to enhance employee performance.
  5. Facilitate training and development programs to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  6. Collaborate with HR team to design and implement performance management processes and tools.
  7. Conduct regular check-ins with employees to provide feedback and support their professional growth.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent and performance management to continuously improve processes.
  9. Act as a consultant and coach to managers and employees on talent and performance-related matters.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  11. Participate in recruitment and selection processes to ensure top talent is hired for open positions.
  12. Monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of talent and performance management initiatives.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive company-wide initiatives and projects.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve talent and performance management processes to align with company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
