  1. Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures to safeguard the company's employees, clients, and facilities.
  2. Oversee and supervise a team of security officers to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential security threats to the company's assets.
  4. Monitor and track security-related incidents and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills and training sessions.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and laws related to security and protection.
  7. Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide timely and accurate reports to management.
  8. Coordinate with external law enforcement agencies when necessary.
  9. Maintain and monitor security equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of security-related services.
  11. Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures to enhance overall security awareness.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
  13. Participate in budget planning and management of security-related expenses.
  14. Act as a liaison between the company and external security agencies and organizations.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all security operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Security Management: A Sr. Specialist, Security Lieutenant At New York Life Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Security Management Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. This Experience Should Include Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Conducting Risk Assessments, And Managing Security Personnel.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Physical Security, Access Control, Emergency Response, And Incident Management. They Should Also Be Familiar With Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Security.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Security Team, The Sr. Specialist, Security Lieutenant Must Be Able To Lead And Motivate Their Team Effectively. They Should Also Have Strong Communication Skills To Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders, As Well As To Provide Clear And Concise Instructions During Emergencies.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Of A Sr. Specialist, Security Lieutenant Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Security Situations And Make Quick And Effective Decisions. They Should Also Be Able To Identify Potential Security Risks And Develop Proactive Solutions To Mitigate Them.

  • Professional Certifications: Candidates With Professional Certifications In Security Management, Such As Cpp (Certified Protection Professional) Or Psp (Physical Security Professional), Will Be Given Preference.
