- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures to safeguard the company's employees, clients, and facilities.
- Oversee and supervise a team of security officers to ensure efficient and effective security operations.

- Monitor and track security-related incidents and ensure timely and appropriate responses.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of security-related services.
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures to enhance overall security awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Participate in budget planning and management of security-related expenses.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external security agencies and organizations.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all security operations.
Extensive Experience In Security Management: A Sr. Specialist, Security Lieutenant At New York Life Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Security Management Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. This Experience Should Include Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Conducting Risk Assessments, And Managing Security Personnel.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Physical Security, Access Control, Emergency Response, And Incident Management. They Should Also Be Familiar With Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Security.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Security Team, The Sr. Specialist, Security Lieutenant Must Be Able To Lead And Motivate Their Team Effectively. They Should Also Have Strong Communication Skills To Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders, As Well As To Provide Clear And Concise Instructions During Emergencies.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Of A Sr. Specialist, Security Lieutenant Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Security Situations And Make Quick And Effective Decisions.
