Job Description

Day to day application development and unit testing. Development and enhancement of data validation solution. Act as a developer who also guides and mentor offshore testing team members to ensure effectiveness in everyday testing. Actively engage in overall QA activities and ensure meaningful testing and appropriate coordination between Dev and QA. Understand organizational control processes and ensure the adherence. Review and drive test strategies and test plans from the perspective of effectiveness, efficiency and solutioning Besides development activities, represent the testing team in various forums, including communication to business. Execute testing activities projects meeting timelines aligning to project plan. Lead end to end defects management and analyze the root cause identified with the larger project teams. Responsible for administrative review/approvals following organization policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • About 12 years of overall IT experience, of which at least 6 years are in solid data / DWH space

  • Investment/Asset Management domain knowledge and background is preferred

  • Solid grip on data warehouse concepts and development skills

  • Collaborative and solid communications skills to manage our internal business and stakeholders
