Job Description

The Social Media Manager will work closely with senior leadership and play a leading role in shaping, implementing, and leading all organic and paid social programs. This individual will be responsible for continuing to evolve our channel and content strategy, managing the social media budget, prioritizing investments, and managing external agencies and partner relationships. Develop and execute impactful social media campaigns that build our brand, increase engagement and drive demand for our products and solutions. Develop an integrated enterprise social media strategy and manage the execution across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and wherever we might go next. Manage global social media editorial calendar, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to produce, prioritize and publish social content that nurtures all stages of the marketing funnel. Manage content updates to employee social amplification platform (Hearsay). Manage media planning, audience development, and reporting. Maintain brand consistently and quality assurance across all social media channels.

Job Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience with social media experience, including executing B2B multi-platform campaigns

  • Experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns, managing agency relationships, and collaborating across internal and external teams

  • Knowledge of markets, asset management and financial services a plus.

  • Experience working with financial services or other regulated industry brands, either in-house or at an agency
