- Design and implement comprehensive skills transformation and learning programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify training and development needs.
- Conduct thorough research to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to ensure high-quality and relevant learning opportunities for employees.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other training resources.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a budget for skills transformation and learning programs.
- Monitor and track employee participation and progress in training programs.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their learning experience and ensure successful completion of training programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall employee development strategy.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the skills transformation and learning programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and create awareness about the skills transformation and learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to learning and development initiatives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Education, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination, Preferably In A Corporate Learning And Development Or Skills Training Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Best Practices In Adult Learning And Instructional Design, As Well As Familiarity With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Tools.
