- Manage and oversee clients' variable annuities, ensuring their financial goals are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Analyze and assess clients' financial needs to determine the best variable annuity solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in variable annuities to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients' variable annuities, including transactions and performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective variable annuity strategies for clients.
- Conduct presentations and educate clients on the benefits and risks of variable annuities.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's variable annuity business.
- Stay compliant with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
Extensive Knowledge Of Variable Annuities: A Strong Understanding Of Variable Annuities And Their Features, Benefits, And Potential Risks Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Investment Strategies, Market Trends, And Regulatory Requirements.
Finra Licensing: The Candidate Should Possess The Required Finra Licenses, Such As Series 6 And Series 63, To Sell Variable Annuities. Additional Licenses, Such As Series 7 And Series 66, May Also Be Preferred.
Sales Experience: The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Effectively Sell Variable Annuities Is A Key Qualification For This Role. Previous Experience In Financial Sales, Particularly With High-Net-Worth Individuals, Is Highly Desirable.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Senior Variable Annuities Representative, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Explaining Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Providing Them With Guidance On Their Investment Decisions. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Compliance Knowledge: Given The Regulatory Environment Surrounding Variable Annuities, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Compliance Requirements And Be Able To Ensure All Transactions Are Conducted In Accordance With Company Policies And Industry Regulations. Previous Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management Is A Plus.
