  1. Develop and execute the digital activation strategy for all sponsorship programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital activation into overall sponsorship plans.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the digital landscape to identify new opportunities for digital activation and stay ahead of industry trends.
  4. Oversee the creation and implementation of digital content and assets that align with sponsorship goals and objectives.
  5. Work closely with external partners and vendors to negotiate and manage contracts and deliverables.
  6. Analyze digital activation results and provide strategic recommendations for future improvements.
  7. Monitor and manage digital activation budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  8. Serve as a key point of contact for all digital activation-related inquiries and issues.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of the insurance and financial services industry and use that knowledge to inform digital activation strategies.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and fostering their professional growth.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our sponsorship programs.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve digital activation processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In Sponsorship Activation, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, And Website Optimization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Complex Sponsorship Activations, Including Budget Management And Roi Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
