1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability of the commercial mortgage portfolio.
2. Lead and manage the Commercial Mortgage Originations team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their goals and objectives.
3. Oversee the origination process for commercial mortgage loans, including reviewing loan applications, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms and conditions with borrowers.
4. Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to identify potential lending opportunities and assess risk.
