Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Scrum Master In A Large Organization, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Proven Ability To Apply Them Effectively In A Corporate Environment.
Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Equivalent Certification.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Facilitate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In Coaching And Mentoring Team Members On Agile Principles And Practices, As Well As Driving Continuous Improvement And Adoption Of Agile Processes.
