- Provide expert guidance and support to agents and clients in the LTC market.
- Assist with the LTC application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Stay up-to-date on LTC products and regulations to effectively advise clients and agents.
- Communicate with agents and clients to gather necessary information and documents.
- Review and analyze applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all LTC cases.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests from agents and clients.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights for process improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Long-Term Care Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Insurance Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Long-Term Care Insurance Policies And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Clients, Caregivers, And Other Professionals.
Proficiency In Computer Software Programs Such As Microsoft Office And Experience With Case Management Software.
