  1. Conduct data analysis and visualization to identify key trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets.
  2. Develop visually appealing and informative presentations to communicate data findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  4. Utilize various data visualization tools and techniques to present complex data in a simple and understandable format.
  5. Continuously monitor and improve data visualization processes and methodologies.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert in data visualization and analytics, providing guidance and support to team members.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data for various projects and initiatives.
  9. Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and identify insights that can drive business growth.
  10. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making.
  12. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of data and insights.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on data visualization and analytics best practices.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to share data insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
  15. Proactively identify data quality issues and work towards resolving them to maintain data accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Senior Associate In This Role Should Possess Advanced Analytical Skills To Effectively Evaluate Large And Complex Data Sets And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlikview.

  • Knowledge Of Data Analytics: A Senior Associate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Data Analytics Techniques Such As Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, And Data Mining To Effectively Interpret And Communicate Data Insights.

  • Experience In Financial Services Industry: Previous Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Specifically In The Insurance Sector, Is Highly Preferred. This Will Enable The Candidate To Understand The Business Context And Effectively Communicate Data Insights To Stakeholders.
