- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.
- Prepare and proofread documents, including reports, memos, and presentations, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between team members and other departments, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary, and ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Support the onboarding and training process for new team members, including preparing materials, scheduling orientations, and providing assistance as needed.
- Coordinate and plan team events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, materials, and catering.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Administrative Support Role At A Financial Services Or Insurance Company.
Excellent Time Management And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And Senior Executives In A Professional Manner.
