  1. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support company's financial goals and strategy.
  2. Provide technical expertise and guidance on actuarial principles and practices.
  3. Develop and implement actuarial methodologies and assumptions for insurance products.
  4. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance product offerings.
  6. Monitor and assess risk exposure and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.
  7. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the company.
  9. Mentor and train junior actuarial team members.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In An Actuarial Role, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A High Level Of Proficiency In Excel And Other Actuarial Software.

  • Passed At Least 4 Exams Of The Society Of Actuaries Or The Casualty Actuarial Society.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
