Collaborate with Service Operation’s key stakeholders to optimize strategies to further enhance the control environment. Create a framework/structure to help identify existing or emerging areas of exposure. Foster a positive working relationship with key stakeholders at all levels to gather information and evaluation decisions that may potentially have cross-functional impact. Advise senior management and appropriate stakeholders on the status of their control environment related to risk identification and control weaknesses. Ability to have the difficult conversations and influence change. Partner with Service business partners to drive improvement opportunities to mitigate and ensure significant risk events are addressed. Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to stay abreast of changes to the regulatory environment.
