  1. Manage all aspects of employee leaves of absence, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, state and local leave laws, and company policies.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to leaves of absence.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding inquiries and requests related to leaves of absence.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate the leave process, including initial intake, documentation, tracking, and ongoing communication with all stakeholders.
  5. Review and approve/deny leave requests based on company policies and applicable laws.
  6. Partner with HR, legal, and other departments as needed to resolve complex leave cases.
  7. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on leave processes and policies.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date leave records and documentation.
  9. Monitor and track leave usage and ensure timely and accurate return to work.
  10. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date on changes in leave laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  12. Collaborate with insurance carriers and third-party administrators to manage disability claims.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the leave management process.
  14. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service and provide a positive experience for employees during their leave of absence.
  16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  17. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
  18. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Leave Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Leave Policies, Including Fmla, Ada, And State-Specific Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage A High-Volume Workload.
