- Develop and maintain relationships with key national accounts to drive revenue and growth for the company.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and underwriting, to develop and implement strategies for retaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, as well as potential clients in the market.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to make informed decisions and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales materials to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability for the company.
- Manage and track client metrics and performance to ensure goals and targets are being met.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote the company's products and services.
- Stay informed of all company products, services, and processes to effectively communicate and educate clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to improve job performance and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In National Account Management, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Large Client Portfolios.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Build Relationships With Key Decision Makers.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Industry Trends, As Well As Experience With Crm Software And Sales Analytics.
