  1. Design and develop business intelligence systems and tools that meet the needs of the organization.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  3. Maintain and enhance existing business intelligence systems to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
  4. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  5. Develop and implement data quality and governance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve the organization's data capabilities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and implement data-driven solutions.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for business intelligence systems and processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
