- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during the claims process.
- Stay updated on industry changes, regulations, and best practices related to disability claims management.
- Identify and escalate complex or high-risk claims to senior management for further review.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Insurance, Finance, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, Preferably In Long Term Disability Claims.
Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Disability Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Complex And Sensitive Claim Situations.
