- Develop and implement strategies for lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Execute and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, and other communication channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify target segments and personalize marketing communications to maximize effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct ongoing research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to branding guidelines and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of customer segmentation models to improve targeting and personalization.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Operations Or Campaign Management.
Proficient In Using Marketing Automation Tools Such As Salesforce Or Marketo.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
