  2. Lead and oversee the team responsible for data engineering and management.

  9. Work closely with actuaries and other stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data solutions.

  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  12. Develop and maintain documentation for data systems and processes.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of data systems.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
  15. Contribute to the development and execution of actuarial and financial strategies.
  16. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  17. Act as a subject matter expert for actuarial data systems and processes.
  18. Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members.
  19. Represent the company in industry events and conferences.
  20. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, With At Least 2 Years In A Lead Or Senior Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Actuarial Principles And Methodologies, Including Experience With Actuarial Software Such As Prophet Or Axis.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Data Manipulation, Data Modeling, And Database Design, With Proficiency In Sql, Python, And/Or R.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Technical Guidance To Junior Team Members.
