  1. Lead and oversee the implementation of key initiatives and projects within the company, ensuring they are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project requirements, resources, and potential risks.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  5. Identify areas for process improvement and drive change to optimize project delivery and overall business performance.
  6. Ensure projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and strategy, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  8. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all relevant parties, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management, and apply them to continuously improve project delivery processes and methodologies.
