
HR Specialist - Employee Data Management
With general supervision, this position is responsible for addressing inquiries and processing transactions related to employee files in Employee Central (SuccessFactors / Payroll). Process daily Employee Data Management activities from multiple channels. Approve workflows in Employee Central (SuccessFactors / Payroll) "To Do" Tile. Process inquiries addressed to the Employee Data Management Ops division in the HR Central Mailbox. Resolve HR Central inquiries via internal ticketing systems (Dovetail / ServiceNow). Manage and make updates in Position Management to ensure position accuracy, as needed Field and address inquiries from HR Business Partners. Quarterly testing for updates to Employee Central (SuccessFactors / Payroll).
Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources area of study a plus
HR Operations, Employee Data Management and Success Factors knowledge a plus
