
HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst
The HR Reporting, Analytics and Visualization Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, writing reports in the human capital management system, delivering ad hoc reporting and participating in various HR projects and initiatives. Work independently with internal clients to determine reporting requirements. Build requested reports in SuccessFactors (HCMS) to answer business questions quickly and thoroughly. Create, design and maintain Tableau dashboards. Assess, prioritize and produce ad hoc reporting and analytics for critical business needs. Manage a catalog of reports and dashboards ensuring accuracy and availability of reporting for stakeholders. Drive SuccessFactors and Tableau reporting enhancements. Design engaging and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
1-2 years of relevant experience
SuccessFactors Report Center experience a plus
Previous experience working in HR data analytics
Demonstrates exceptional judgment when dealing with highly sensitive people data
