Prepare and/or review fund registration statements, periodic reports, other regulatory filings and support general fund matters, including coordination with external counsel and service providers Provide legal advice to the business relating to IndexIQ’s investment products, services and support operating areas of the firm focused on the development, management, regulatory disclosure, and distribution of ETFs, indexes, sub-advisory relationships, separate accounts and separately managed accounts. Assist in negotiating service and other agreements related to the investment management, ETF, and indexing businesses.
